Traditional Massage & Standard Bodywork
These sessions are offered by Carla Wall, Samantha Curtis, Carolee Taylor and Thomas Turner. Each therapist holds certifications in several massage treatment modalities.
Deep Tissue Massage
One of the most commonly requested services.
Deep Tissue is similar to a Traditional Massage in that it can be a full body massage and relaxing, however more pressure is used at a slower pace to get past the top layer of tissue. Deep Tissue Massage can also help with some pain issues.
Standard Bodywork
This level of therapy is for those in need of more than traditional massage. This therapy will be more site specific and goal oriented. Standard Bodywork is appropriate to help with most pain management and postural issues.

Advanced Bodywork
Advanced Bodywork and Manual Therapy sessions are available ONLY with Anthony Allegro or Jacob Laputka.
For those looking to make complete changes to their bodies. These therapists have extensive training and can handle most any chronic pain and postural issues. These sessions will be rather specific. You will also be given specific exercises and stretches to help you maintain the progress of the session.
If you are interested or find the need for multiple sessions, we offer Discount Packages.

- "Same Day" appointments cannot be booked online.
- Available time slots are shown up to two weeks from today’s date.
- Please call our office to schedule an appointment using a gift card.
- To book an appointment online, clients must:
- Create an account with MINDBODY.
- Provide a credit card (stored on a secure MINDBODY server).
- For your first visit please also fill out a Confidential Health History Form.
